Privacy Policy
Planomi works without accounts and without a server of its own. Everything you enter is stored only on your device. The developer does not receive, collect, sell or share your data, does not show ads, and does not use analytics, trackers or third-party SDKs that collect data.

What data the app handles
The app stores only what you enter yourself: tasks, plans, projects and cards, habits and check-ins, categories, thoughts and notes, reminders, attached files and app settings.
The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, device identifiers or advertising identifiers. Files are attached only when you choose them yourself.
Where and how data is stored
Your data is kept in the app’s local storage on your device and is never sent anywhere automatically. The developer has no copy of your data and no technical way to view it.
Anyone who can use your device can access the data. Use a screen lock and make regular backups in Settings → Data.
Sharing with third parties
By default, your data never leaves your device. It only does so when you take action, and only in the cases described below.
- Google Calendar sync (optional). If you turn it on, the app sends the titles, dates, times and reminders of your tasks directly to your Google Calendar, with no intermediaries. Only access to calendar events is requested. Data received from Google is used only for this feature, is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising and is not read by humans. The access token is stored on your device. You can turn sync off in Settings → Google Calendar and revoke access in your Google Account settings. Google’s handling of the data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Calendar export (.ics) and backups. The file is created on your device. Only you decide where to send it and whom to share it with.
- Emails to the developer. If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply, never share them, and delete them on request.
Permissions
Notifications. The app asks for permission to send notifications only to show your reminders. They are created on your device. You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings.
Data retention and deletion
Data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual items right in the app, or all data at once in Settings → Data and storage → Delete all data.
Deleting the app also erases all of its data. It can only be restored from a backup, if you made one.
The developer does not store your data, so there is nothing to delete on our side. We will delete any correspondence with us on request.
Your rights
You are in full control of your data: you can view, edit, export to a file and delete it at any time without contacting us. For any questions about data protection, including under the GDPR, write to the address below.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers and does not load any third-party resources. The hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) to deliver and protect the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it in the app and on this page and show the new date. Current version: October 27, 2026.
