These terms govern your use of the Planomi app. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What this app is
Planomi is a personal planner for tasks, plans and habits. It is intended for personal organization and is not a medical, financial, legal or other professional service.
License
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms.
Your data and responsibility
You remain the owner of everything you put into the app. We do not have access to this data.
Your data is stored on your device, so you are responsible for keeping it safe and making backups.
Do not enter or attach material that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others. Do not share other people’s personal data without the right to do so.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app in violation of the law, or copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute its code, or present the app or any part of it as your own, except where the law expressly allows it.
Third-party services
Calendar sync works through third-party services and is subject to their own terms and policies. The developer is not responsible for how these services operate.
App stores
If you got Planomi from an app store, that store’s terms also apply to your use of the app. The store is not responsible for the app or its support: please contact the developer with any questions.
Reminders
Reminders work as long as your device and the app are able to show them. They are not guaranteed: your device may be off, or notifications may be blocked or delayed by the system. Do not rely on them for critical matters.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, lost profits or other indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Rights to the app
The app, its design, logo and texts belong to the developer. You may not copy, distribute or present them as your own without permission.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always available in the app and on this page. By continuing to use the app, you accept the updated terms. Current version: October 27, 2026.
